Owner and Director of Behavior Testing and Forensics since 1980 with over thirty years experience in Criminal Justice. Mr. O'Malley is a court certified expert in:

He is a graduate of the Academy of Polygraph Science and Methodology studying under Dr. William Yankee~ creator and the first director of the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DODPI), now the National Center for Credibility Assessment.

• Chairman of the APA Education Accreditation Committee for Polygraph Training schools and facilities

• Authored APA model state polygraph examiner's licensing law

• Chairman ASTM committee to establish minimum standards for state polygraph licensing law

• Authored Post Conviction Sex Offender Treatment protocol for the NC Dept of Probation Pilot program

•  APA Certified Post Conviction Sex Offender Treatment polygraph examiner (PCSOT)

• Member of Georgia Sex Offender treatment polygraph surveillance team of polygraph examiners

• APA Certified advanced and specialized polygraph examiner

• Court qualified in and paid by military and state courts to testify as an expert in Polygraph methodology and techniques, Criminal Investigations, Evidence collection and preservation and as a firearms expert.
